What is not included in this service?
There are some limitations with this service that are outlined below:
- Up to 3 subscription types are included. Additional types can be quoted.
- Widget styling includes basic theme matching only. Advanced CSS or custom UI is out of scope.
- No custom portal redesigns, custom code development, or bespoke UI beyond standard app components. These can be quoted.
- No complex migrations between subscription apps in the base scope. Migration can be added as a paid service.
- No full email automation builds (for example, Klaviyo flows). Only the subscription app’s built-in notification emails are set up.
- No advanced analytics besides the dashboard made available by the app.
- No new product content (copy, media, product setup).
- Third-party app fees and theme/app licensing costs are paid by you.
- After the 30-day support window (which starts once all approved subscription plans are fully live), ongoing assistance must be handled by the app’s support team or can continue with us under a paid support option.

What do you need to start?
Shopify collaborator access, a list of eligible products and initial pricing, current discounts and shipping profiles, any loyalty or stacking constraints, and your preferred incentives or blackout rules.
What is the process and timeline?
After selecting the best app and offers for your store, we handle the full implementation and configuration, including all offers, user experience details, and business logic. Next, we conduct thorough quality assurance testing across purchase flows, customer portals, and dunning management. Once everything is validated, we launch softly, monitor results closely, and keep a rollback plan in place. Most projects are completed within 7 to 12 business days after we receive access.
How do we communicate during the project?
All project communication happens via email or productivity tools such as Google Docs and Spreadsheets so we have a proper record of all the progress and requests. We can offer videocalls for a fee if you prefer. We do not offer phone service. We reply to all your inquiries within one business day.
