Is the theme included in your price?
No. Our fee covers setup and implementation. Any paid theme license is purchased by you in your own Shopify account.
When should I buy the theme?
Please wait. We set everything up using the trial. After we open your store and complete final checks, we will send instructions to purchase the license so it attaches to the correct store and account.
What exactly is included in the setup?
Theme configuration and styling, navigation and structure, products and collections setup, checkout and policies, payment gateways and shipping, basic email setup, and a 30-day support window. If you need custom features or advanced apps, we can quote those as add-ons.
We deliver you a fully functional and ready to sell online store.
What is not included?
Paid theme licenses, paid apps, complex custom code, and large migrations are not included by default. We are happy to scope these as add-ons or a separate custom development project.
How long does the setup take?
Typical setups launch in X to Y business days once we have all content and access. Timelines depend on content readiness and feedback speed.
Do you install apps in this package?
We connect basic essentials. If you need upsells, reviews, or subscriptions, we can add those as App Installation add-ons or include them in a custom quote.
Are app and third-party costs included?
No. Any paid apps or external services are billed by the provider. You pay them directly so you keep full ownership.
Do I keep ownership of my store and licenses?
Yes. Everything is set up in your Shopify account. You own your store, theme license, and any app subscriptions.
What do you need to start?
Brand assets like logo, colors, business name and address; product details and images and shipping regions and rates. If a paid theme is required, do not purchase it until we confirm the timing as we need to open your store first. We can guide you through everything we need the moment we start.
Do you offer training or handover?
Yes. We provide basic training and guidance so you can manage products, pages, and essential settings after launch.
After our support timeframe you have 24/7 free support from Shopify.
What support do I get after launch?
You have a 30-day window for guidance and unlimited revisions related to the delivered scope from the date the store is transferred over to you. New requests or changes in scope can be handled through our Hour Packs or a custom quote.
Can you rush the project?
If your content is ready and our schedule allows, we can propose a rush timeline. Rush fees may apply. Contact us to get a custom quote.
How do payments work?
Enjoy 10% off when you buy through our website and pay in full.
For more flexible options, choose escrow or two installments — 50% upfront and 50% after 30 days regardless of project status.
