Will you make changes to my store?
No. This service provides a full audit and actionable recommendations only. No live edits or theme changes are made. If you’d like us to handle implementation afterward, we can quote it separately.
How long does it take?
Once we have access to your store, your audit report is delivered within 7-9 business days.
Do you need access to my Shopify store?
Yes. You’ll add NinjaNutz as a collaborator or create a staff account. This allows us to review your setup safely without affecting your live store.
Will the audit affect my live store?
Not at all. The audit is non-intrusive. We only review and document findings without making edits or publishing any changes.
What if I want you to fix the issues you find?
You’ll receive a detailed estimate for implementation once you review your audit report. You can choose which items to move forward with based on priority and budget.
Do you offer support after the audit?
We’re happy to quote implementation or ongoing support if you’d like our team to make the improvements. The audit itself includes 7 days for clarification, but not continuous post-delivery support.
What do you need to start?
Your Shopify store URL and collaborator access.
What happens after I receive the report?
You’ll get a detailed, prioritized report (PDF or shared doc) with recommendations ranked by impact and effort. You can use it with your internal team or ask us to quote the implementation.
Can I ask for clarifications?
Yes. You’ll have 7 days from delivery to clarify report findings. Any new requests or implementation work can be quoted separately.
What is not included in this service?
The audit does not include making live changes to your theme, code, or settings. It also excludes new content creation (products, collections, copywriting), advanced SEO, accessibility audits, and app re-installation. Any additional work can be quoted as a follow-up project.
How do we communicate during the project?
All project communication happens via email or productivity tools such as Google Docs and Spreadsheets so we have a proper record of all the progress and requests. We can offer videocalls for a fee if you prefer. We do not offer phone service. We reply to all your inquiries within one business day.
