Refund Policy

For Shopify Setup

We stand behind our work. If your store doesn't include everything specified in your package, you can ask for a full refund for up to 30 days after delivery. Deleting any work we have done for you will not qualify for a full refund.

Refunds will be done to the same payment method used for your order.

We don't offer refunds for buyer's remorse so we encourage you to get in touch with us to answer all your questions before buying.

For Small Tasks or Developments (coding)

What doesn't qualify for a refund:

  • If we are able to finish and deliver the job successfully, even if you don't like the layout, design, styles, elements or functionality. In order to avoid these situations, you need to provide detailed information along with screenshots, links or any visual aids that will help us envision exactly what you want. You also need to be very specific on the things that must be prioritized and done without room for error (if any).
  • Late deliveries - Delivery times are subject to change and we will not do refunds due to late deliveries. Delivery time is considered the time it takes us to present to you the first version of the modified changes. After that, we begin revisions.
  • Revisions - Delivery times do not include time spent during Revisions. Revisions can take a lot more than the normal first time delivery.

We will offer revisions which will be done for 30 days after job is finished and delivered and only until the desired outcome or feature is achieved the way it was originally discussed. Anything that was not clearly talked and specified in the beginning and is not a part of the requested feature will not be done as a revision and will always be quoted additionally.

If there is a development or coding job that we are not able to do, we will refund 50% of the payment, no questions asked.

For all services

If you have a problem with your order please contact us first and explain in detail what the problem is we are more than willing to help and we will try our best to find the most adequate solution for your problem.

We will offer you a 50% up to 90% refund if for any reason we are unable to get the job done in full. We reserve the right to determine the amount that will be refunded.

We will not do refunds for any of the following reasons:

  • Sales or discounted orders. Those sales are final.
  • Buyer's remorse.
  • If you consider we didn't do the job correctly or to your liking and it's attributed to you not providing detailed information about the job from the beginning.
  • If more than 30 days have passed after the job has been delivered to you.
Hiring our services by purchasing via our website, online store, or any invoicing tool we use, constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and NinjaNutz.
